The 0-Credit Guarantee Policy

Unlike legacy verifiers that charge you for every connection attempt regardless of outcome, BounceLayer guarantees:

  • Definitive Verdicts (1 Credit): valid (250 OK), invalid (550), disposable (burner firewall), or catch_all consume exactly 1 credit.
  • Indeterminate Checks (0 Credits / Free): If a target mail server times out, triggers an aggressive anti-spam IP block, or greylists the connection (unknown), 0 credits are deducted.
