Clean your Smartlead campaigns before they bounce
Pick a campaign, and BounceLayer checks every lead in it. Invalid and throwaway addresses are paused in the campaign, so no email goes to them.
Bad leads are paused in the Smartlead campaign, not deleted. Resume any of them in Smartlead to undo.
How to set it up

Copy your Smartlead API key
In Smartlead, open Settings and copy your API key.

Paste the key in BounceLayer
Open Integrations in your BounceLayer dashboard and choose Smartlead. The key is used for that session only and is never stored.

Pick a campaign and verify it
BounceLayer pulls the campaign's leads and checks them like any list upload. You only pay for the addresses you check.

Pause the bad leads
When the check finishes, choose which results to pause (invalid and throwaway by default). Up to 5,000 leads are paused per run.

Does BounceLayer delete leads from Smartlead?
No. Bad leads are paused in the campaign. Resume them in Smartlead whenever you like.
Is my Smartlead API key stored?
No. It's used for each request only, over HTTPS, and never saved or logged.
How much does it cost?
Each lead uses one credit, the same as a list upload. Unknown results are free, and credits you buy never expire.
Is there a limit?
BounceLayer pauses up to 5,000 leads per run. For bigger campaigns, run it again to pause the rest.
