A bounce is not a lost prospect. It's a signal.
A cold email bounce tells the inbox provider you don't know who you are emailing.
Mail providers watch your bounce rate. If it stays high, they can treat it as a spam signal against your whole sending domain, not just one campaign. Once that happens, the fix is not a better subject line. It is weeks of warming up a replacement domain while your pipeline goes quiet.
The other half of the cost is invisible. Replies you never received, from prospects who were real, sitting behind an address that decayed since your data provider scraped it. B2B email data decays at roughly 2% a month. A list bought six months ago is already a different list.
How it works
- 1Upload your list. Use a CSV in the dashboard, or send it from your tools through the API. There's no minimum volume.
- 2Get a result for each address: valid, invalid, catch-all, disposable or role-based.
- 3Send only the valid rows. Hold catch-alls for a secondary domain if you want to take the risk. Drop the rest.
What each result means for outreach
| Result | What to do |
|---|---|
| Invalid | Remove it. This is your hard bounce. |
| Catch-all | The server accepts everything, so nobody can confirm the mailbox exists. Send at low volume from a secondary domain, or skip it. |
| Role-based | info@, sales@, support@. Low reply rate and high complaint rate. Cut these from cold outreach. |
| Disposable | Not a real prospect. Always cut these. |
| Free provider | Gmail or Outlook on a B2B list usually signals bad targeting, not a bad address. |
Built for how agencies actually work
- Credits never expire. A client offboards in March and a new one onboards in June, and your balance is still there.
- Under $1 per 1,000 emails. 100,000 prospects cost $99 with a one-time pack, or $79 a month on the Pro plan.
- One account, many clients. Tag each upload with a client or campaign name to keep lists separate.
- Fast enough to run inline, so verification can sit in your enrichment step instead of being a batch job someone forgets to run.
